Omar Siddiqui is currently the Community Prosecutor at Manitoba Prosecutions assigned to prosecute all offences under 286.1 Criminal Code  – he is also responsible for managing the therapeutic courts (Mental Health Court and Drug Treatment Court), developing and facilitating mandatory Reconciliation and Anti Racism training for Crown Attorneys in addition to a regular caseload. 

He has been a Provincial Prosecutor since 2014 and before that a Federal Prosecutor since 2005.
